Refund Policy

• Refund Credits: Refunds will be credited to your website/app wallet only after we receive and review your return parcel.
• Full Order Returns: Only full orders can be returned. Partial returns are not accepted.
• Box Opening Video: A box opening video is required to process returns. This helps us verify the condition of the items received.

Return Shipping Charges

• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Brado Jewellery will cover return shipping costs for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Other Reasons: For returns due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
